We try our best to deliver products exactly the way they appear on the site. Ace Decor hereby disclaims any Guarantees of exactness of the finish, color, shade or appearance of the final product ordered by the user. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our Website may differ with your expectations. In the case of any significant material damage to the Product, the customer must inform to the delivery person & send photographic evidence of the damaged product via email to support@acedecor.co.in at the time of delivery receipt of the Product. AceDecor will review the evidence, and take necessary action as per terms of Warranty & Replacement.

Warranties and Claims

Shipping And Delivery
In case we are yet to start delivery and post sales services in your city, whenever Ace Decor finds it operationally possible, we may deliver the product at your doorstep provided You make advance payment of the entire order amount at the time of placing the order
For such areas we will not be able to provide installation service and the products will not be covered under any warranty. However, at AceDecor’s sole discretion, Ace Decor may solve any post sales related issues and provide installation services. Please get in touch with the customer service for further enquiries.
Please note Ace Decor does not give any kind of After Sales service where the sales have been made to business or corporate offices. However, at AceDecor’s sole discretion, Ace Decor may decide to provide after sale service to Corporates
The prices on website are subject to price fluctuations, due to various factors. Once an order is placed by you, you will be liable to pay such amount as was displayed on the date of the order and the invoice.
All services are provided on an “as is” basis. Ace Decor makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the services, in particular those of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for purpose.
Bank details
While shopping with Ace Decor you agree to provide correct and accurate Credit / Debit card details to the approved payment gateways. You shall not use the Credit / Debit card that is not lawfully owned by you. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your Credit / Debit card details. Ace Decor expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your Credit / Debit card.
Refund/Exchange/Return Policy
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In case you confirmed the order by mistake or you find something else more interesting soon after placing the order, you can cancel the order within 12 hours of confirmation. In case you opt for the EMI option, then the order cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
In an highly unlikely circumstances, if the product received by the customer is broken/damaged, the customer is required to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. In the opinion of Ace Decor, if the product is broken/damaged, it may be ONLY returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Ace Decor, to address the issue. In case of product return, Ace Decor will bear the cost of recalling the product from the customer, unless discussed with the customer otherwise. The replacement time will be intimated to the customer by the Ace Decor customer care team at the time of the request.
After the 48 hours of delivery of the product to the correct address, Ace Decor will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests.
We highly recommend that you or the customer, be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be any, please inform us immediately on support@acedecor.co.in or call us at 85957 89308. You can even drop us a message on whatsapp on the same number with the image clearly showing the damaged product.
In case of wrong product being delivered, Ace Decor will immediately get it replaced with the correct product. However, if at the time of replacement, the earlier product gets damaged by the customer, Ace Decor holds the right to charge in full the price of the product + the shipment charges for the replacement.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ace Decor from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Ace Decor that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to these Terms or any Additional Terms applicable to purchase of Products and/or Services, or any violation of the Terms and/or Terms of Offer for Sale or other terms and conditions relating to the use of the Website and the purchase of Products
